The Lucky Leprechaun

Happy St. Patricks Day! Shawn gets into every Holiday(well when it comes to suprising the girls with things!) He has made a fairy or something for every Holiday just so he can buy the girls a treat! Today it was the Lucky Leprechaun that visited our house! Remie loves it, she always gets so excited when she wakes up to things setting out on the table for her. Today there was a lucky pot of gold and treasures, a beany and a lucky necklace! All Ryklee cared about was the chocolate treasures, imagine that!
I love that Shawn does this, Thank you Babe for being an amazing DAD! Our girls are so lucky to have you!

1- Where did you meet? In High School, I was dating one of his friends and we all went on a double date. He took me and my boyfriend at the time home and we made out in the back of his Fire Van(it was classic) the whole way while Shawn was driving.

2- How long did you date before you got married? 4 very long years, well 2 of the years was very long!

3- Where did he propose? Up American Fork Canyon in 4 feet of snow, while being video taped.

4- Where did you get married? Timpanogos Temple

5- How long have you been married? Almost 7 years, WOW I can't believe He has put up with me for so long!

6- What is your favorite feature of his? His lips.

7- What is his best quality? His scence of hummor

8- Does he have a nickname for you? Babe

9- What is his favorite food? Lasagna and Shepards Pie

10-What is his favorite sport? Snowboarding

11- When and where did you have your first kiss? In front of his house in my car.

12- Who said I love you first? He did

13- What do you like to do together? Go to movies, hang out together after the kids are in bed when it can be just the two of us.

14- Do you have any kids? Yes, Remie and Ryklee

15-What is his favorite music to listen to? Kindof funny he likes country the most, but he listens to a little of everything.

16- What do you admire most about him? He always is there to make me laugh and smile when I am having the worst days and he is always patient with me, I think that that is probably a pretty hard task!

Remie was so excited to have her cousin Brinley come down and stay the night with her this weekend! They are such good friends, they miss each other and don't get to each other enough! But when they get together it is a party and they have a great time! Brinley got to our house Saturday morning at about 6:30 which was good cause she feel back to sleep so when they got up Remie had thought she had spent the night so she was all excited that she got to stay Saturday night too! Shawn started when Brinley comes and spends the night he always goes and gets them crowns and Princess stuff and they always get a Princess Breakfast, they love it and I think would be very disappointed if they didn't get it, so that is how the day started on Saturday morning. Then they was off to have a fashion show, they crack me up they found Remie's old dance costumes and put them on. Shawn moved the coffee table and put a stool next to it so they had a platform to poss on and dance on, Then he turned on some dance music for them and away they went! I got out the camara and they wouldn't stop posing, HILARIOUS! And of course Ryklee had to be in on the action also. I am glad they are such good friends and have such a good time together! There was to many pictures so I had to make a slide show. Shawn the whole day was sitting there saying what have I got my self into, I need to leave there is to much estrogen in this house, why do I always have to do this crap? He is so full of crap, he loves it! His girls have him wrapped so tight around his fingers, it is not even funny! He is an awesome Dad to his little girls! I love my girls! They are so much fun!

Is it really already almost February?

I have been such a slacker lately! I can't believe that it is already almost the end of January! I have some post that I have wanted to do and I don't know what has happened! I need motivation, I have had the hardest time getting motivated to do anything lately! That is my biggest New Years resolution(there are alot of them, but this is the very most important right now!)is getting me and my family back to our normal life after the last three months of crazyness! I can't believe that we are already well into 2009. This last year was a crazy one for our family and I am looking forward to a new year that I KNOW is going to go so much better(my fingers are crossed!) I hope that this year will take off and turn out to be a great year for everyone! HAPPY NEW YEARS everyone! Thank you everyone that has helped us out over the last little while! We have been so blessed and I don't think many of you know how much you have helped us and how much we appriciate it! We are so lucky to have the greatest family and friends ever!

Merry Christmas

Idalie found candy and she was a happy camper that was all that she needed!

Ryklee got her new boots and she wouldn't take them off, she is setting here modeling them. She is quit the little girl!

All Maycee wanted was sparkly lips, makeup and of course the candy!

We told Remie that she could only ask Santa for one thing so this is what she told him that she wanted. She did pretty good sticking to it, she did add a few things though.

Anxiously waiting at the top of the stairs for Grandpa to get done shoveling the snow so they could go see what Santa brought!

I hope that everyone had a great christmas! This year was nice, every other year, I am running all over like crazy shopping, doing hair, chasing kids, and everything else that comes along with getting ready for christmas! Well this year I was kindof forced to relax and just enjoy spending time with my family! I really felt the true meaning of Christmas this year and it was really nice! I enjoyed being able to just really enjoy my kids and hang out with my mom!

It was so fun, Corby, Sunny and their kids came and stayed at Mom and Dad's and of course we are still there so it was a full house, talk about a crazy Christmas Morning! It was a lot of fun!
